Haunted House

A comedy-horror play for Halloween.

A hapless estate agent is trying to sell a haunted manor house, but its otherworldly residents seem to be conspiring against him. Vampyres, zombies, witches, occultists, demons, mummies, a fake medium, a twisted influencer and a whole host of ghosts are out to make his life Hell! And if that wasn’t enough, the council has sent round a health and safety inspector….

This light-hearted play pokes fun at a broad range of horror tropes, and is a great way for adults to get into the Halloween spirit (pun intended).

Running time: 2 hours 45 mins
Cast size: 9–21 (doubling and gender-flexible casting possible)
Age recommendation: 16+
